I'm thinking self-realization has to do will realizing everything is the Self . It would have to be a very intuitive knowing as facts are not available to prove such things in my estimation.

No I tried it but I prefer the chemical route with perhaps some meditation to augment it. I'm mostly interested in neuroscience, and so quite naturally the brain and what happens to it with mystical experiences, and liberation from ego/default mode network.
End of all suffering seems possible through such practices depending on the effects that such experiences bring about in the way the brain processes information due to neuroplasticity brought on by such pratices.

I've been doing personal research on this for quite some time. What do mystical experiences have to do with it. What is this thing they call liberation?
To me it is the ability to see the world ego-less having the mind shut down the default mode network and the experience of total infinite oneness with no separation of a you and other like the big bang where everything that is, is a non demensional point with infinite density.

This is not a war against Jehovah Witnesses. On the contrary, our struggle as a group is that, in 2016, anyone is free to believe, and by extension, also change their religious views and ideology without fear or coercion of any kind.

so just wondering, how many of you found yourselves (or still find yourselves) becoming phyiscally ill in some way during the time of fading?.
i know that when i look back, for several years even before i was awake to the many issues and facts about the society, i would feel ill at assemblies or conventions.

I lost quite a bit of hearing during my decades with the JWs and to be fair that also causes the brain to shrink, so I can't blame their propaganda bull shit for all my brain loss there's nutrition, and other things like having a know it all attitude which make you ignore lots of things and stop learning which really make the brain shrink(which come to think of it is a door to door JW trait due to brain washing where you got all the answers to man's problems).

Before I left back in the year 2000 I was going crazy with CD and was assigned a part on the new organization history distortion book new release back in mid 90's and it started me reading the Divine Purpose published in the 50 I think and then I started to see the out right lying and cherry picking of facts.
I think it was making me physically ill. I did a bunch of ayhuasca brews in the early days 2001 to kind of quick start my healing process. I was so dumb struck to find out I was in a mind shrinking/control cult. It was a very ruff road back in those days being in my mid 40s and trying to loose all this mind shrinking thinking and reacting to life challenges. Not to mention anger issues towards the WT organization for fucking me over so cruelly to keep me from talking to my relatives who JWs making me into this evil person that needs to be shunned at all cost.
